Planned in the 1970s with the decade's faith in rational design — shopping center at the core, residential blocks radiating outward, green corridors connecting everything. Olari delivers exactly what was promised: functional, organized, a place where daily errands happen within walking distance. The architecture has aged into familiarity rather than beauty, which is its own kind of comfort.
