Toppila walking loops — old harbor mid-transformation

The old harbor cranes haven't all come down yet, and that tension between what was and what's coming gives Toppila its current energy. Industrial bones — warehouses, docks, the lingering memory of shipping — are being slowly reimagined into something residential and cultural. The waterfront is raw in places, polished in others. Walk here to see a neighborhood mid-transformation, where new construction sits next to rust and both seem honest about what they are.
