Sentiero Azzurro walking loops — Cinque Terre's coastal trail

The Blue Trail stitches five fishing villages along a coastline shaped by terraced agriculture — grape vines and olive groves carved into near-vertical hillsides over centuries. Each village has its own character: Monterosso has the beach, Vernazza the harbor, Corniglia the altitude. The path between them is the point. Bring water, wear real shoes, and accept that every switchback will deliver a view that makes you stop walking and just stand there.
